These lemon drops are made in the classic drop style, round but not the orbs you find in sour balls and other manufactured candies. They are lightly sanded, meaning they have a thin sugar skin that keeps them from sticking and adds a bit of sweetness. The flavor is definitely lemon – pleasantly tart without the garish flavor you find in more recent sour candies. Refreshing and tasty to liven up the day.
