DESCRIPTION

When you enjoy marigold tea, you’re tasting a flower that has held religious, magical, and medicinal meaning to the ancient Aztecs as well as other peoples throughout the world. The taste is soft and warming, with a subtle bitterness you may enjoy or mitigate with a bit of sugar and oat, almond, or cow’s milk. Just add one cup of boiling water to a tablespoon of marigolds. Let steep for about five minutes and enjoy. For a twist, cool the tea and make a delicious beverage by adding the fruit juice of your choice or using it in a cocktail for extra "yum!"

The marigold is a flower with a long history, and its delicious tea has been praised by health communities for its soothing properties. Marigold tea benefits include easing stomach problems, alleviating menstrual cramps, improving skin conditions, and offering strong anti-inflammatory effects. Whether you’re seeking to relax or support your digestive system, marigold tea can be a wonderful addition to your routine.
