Limes are a refreshing addition to chilled beverages, cocktails, recipes, and so much more. But why cut limes afresh when you can use our lime crystals, among the family of dried limes that traveled from Spice trade to British seamen. Limes arrived in North America in the 1500s and settled in, with a brief absence when destroyed by a deep freeze. We LOVE them.
