Very strong initial taste

This hits you with a very strong floral taste at the outset, almost perfumy. It mellows after a bit, but it's still a flavor that might not appeal to some. If you like violet, then rest assured these don't skimp on taste. I absolutely love the anise ones, and the orange blossom are nice, but not really digging the violet. I do think it's neat that all of them have an anise seed in the middle.
