A great addition to Easter baskets and desserts! Peach Blossom Candy is of the crunchy candy family such as late 1800s such as chocolate straws and the newer 1940s Chic-O- Stick. While the name is “peach”, these candies have a rich, nutty flavor, a balance of sweet from the crisp shell and salty from the peanut butter filling. In terms of mouth-feel Peach Blossoms have a delicate crunch from the outer shell which dissolves into the smooth and creamy texture of the peanut butter inside. Crunch and smooth in one bite. Perhaps the best feature of Peach Blossoms is how they look: a soft peach colored pillow well-suited for glass jars, and a pleasure to enjoy with tea, as an after-dinner treat, an old-fashioned pick-me-up, good to enjoy and share.
