Our beloved tea blend is a confluence of ancient flavors - hibiscus, lavender, cinnamon, honey, spices and a touch of apple. The flavors, whole spirited, are also restful, meant to tap into a sense of joy and giving. Enjoy with dark chocolate candy, ancient sesame brittle, or whatever strikes your fancy. To prepare, add a heaping teaspoon or one tea bag to hot water. Steep to your liking.

This modern take on an old recipe might just be what you’re after. Ingredients: 1 750ml bottle white wine of your choice 3 red plums 8-10 strawberries 4 oz pomegranate juice 1 honey or brown sugar to taste. Bring 2 cups water to a boil and add 3-4 tablespoons Beloved Blend Tea. Let steep for 5 minutes then strain. Cool. Cut up and lightly mash 6 strawberries and 2 red plums. Reserve remaining plums and strawberries for garnish. Add lightly mashed fruit to a pitcher with 1 cup sugar and stir. Pour 1 bottle of white wine, 4 oz of pomegranate juice, and 2 cups chilled tea on top of fruit and sugar mixture. Stir and refrigerate for at least two hours but preferably overnight. Serve over ice with cut fruit as garnish. Enjoy!
