Teaberry Gum IS BACK! The venerable chewing gum was made in the early 1900s and later manufactured by David Clark – an Irish immigrant and maker of the Clark Bar. The Clark Bar started life in the rations of World War I soldiers, and was one of hundreds of candy bars, including the Zagnut Bar, that Clark created. So busy was Clark with candy bars, he sold the Teaberry gum company. This version of the Teaberry gum is not the original recipe, but who cares? It’s still enjoyed today along with other turn-of-the-century gums – Clove, Black Jack, and Beemans. Price per pack.

Was looking forward to my purchase of long missed teaberry gum. It was hard, broke when chewing and had zero teaberry flavor. Best look for the original recipe
This Teaberry gum is old, dry and hard. I tried chewing this for 30 minutes, hoping that it would become pliable and pleasure to chew. NOPE. The flavor was flat and the gum became crumbly in my mouth. I feel bad that I sent this gum as a gift to my sister. This was a big waste of money. Never agin. Sad.
